Very close to Angoulême (10'drive) and hardly more than two hours from Paris and 30' from Bordeaux by TGV, the Logis de Maumont has a very special architecture, spanning over the centuries. Built in the 16c, it is surrounded by 5 acres of landscaped, gardens with century old trees, a delightful bamboo retreat, as well as a separate romantic 14C. tower and an outdoor heated pool in the season.

The Logis of Maumont has been completely restored and revamped by Minka and Xavier and offers, in the Castle itself, 3 spacious bedrooms furnished with family heirlooms, and two suites to welcome you with warmth, and yet all modern amenities. Guest can enjoy a large living rrom, music room and a dellighful dining room.

A large sunny reception room opens up, with a few steps, on a terrace above and can host receptions, weddings, cocktails, as well as seminars.
